A Joyful Noise: The People’s Drum
Join Confluence Studio and friends in a balmy sonic intervention at the Studio's AMMU: Autonomous Mobile Media Unit. It’s a "newsroom for neighbors" built collaboratively in the aftermath of the 2020 Uprising. We moved the AMMU to the courtyard of Moon Palace Books in 2021 so that a social space existing outside events dictated by the powers that be could reside in the shadow of the still charred and barricaded 3rd Precinct.
