The 2024 MdW Summit is November 18-23, 2024 at Charlotte Street in Kansas City!

Over 200 artists and culture bearers who work on artist-run galleries, publications, and other platforms will gather for a week of connecting, resource-sharing, an exhibition, field trips, and opportunities to learn about alternative models for navigating the Midwest’s cultural landscape.

Summit registration is now closed, but two evening events will be open to the public:

• Wed. November 20
  5-6:30pm Sunday Soup w/ Carlos Mortera and Grilled Cheese Grant
  6:30-9pm Pop-Up Books and Multiples Fair
  Publications, posters, and other multiples brought from across the Midwest. Charlotte Street’s third floor artist studios and the MdW Summit Exhibition will also be open for visitors.

• Fri. November 22
  7-9pm MdW Summit Exhibition opening reception
  9p-late closing celebration
